Grace Deliverance Ministry (GDM) was born through divine instruction and a prophetic mandate. What began as a vision to empower women quickly shifted as the voice of the Lord became unmistakably clear. While preparing to establish a foundation, Prophetess Kerline Duncan began to seek God’s will more deeply. In that place of consecration and prayer, God responded with profound clarity:
God revealed that Prophetess Duncan was not just to build a foundation, but a sacred ministry, one that would be rooted in the supernatural, established in righteousness, and empowered by the Holy Spirit.
With the call came a divine warning and a greater promise. “I have appointed you today over nations and kingdoms, to root out and to pull down, to destroy and to throw down, to build and to plant.”
“I am raising your ministry as a righteous standard in a generation that follows the spirit of Ahab and Jezebel. Where others have compromised, you will be a voice of truth.”
“Do not fear. I have anointed you to set the captives free and walk in divine authority.”
Prophetess Kerline Duncan is the Founder and Pastor of Grace Deliverance Ministry. A devoted wife, mother, entrepreneur, and servant of God, she walks boldly in her prophetic mantle and apostolic calling. She was licensed under the leadership of Bishop Glenton Johnson through Central Power Point Church, where she continues to be mentored and spiritually nurtured.
She is ordained by God and appointed for such a time as this. Prophetess Duncan lives a life fully surrendered to the Holy Spirit. She is a passionate woman of faith who leads with compassion, loves deeply, and serves with unwavering zeal for Christ. She desires to raise kingdom workers and fulfill the vision of healing, deliverance, and restoration through the power of Jesus Christ.
At Grace Deliverance Ministry, we create a sacred space where the presence of God dwells and the power of the Holy Spirit brings healing, deliverance, and restoration. We offer biblically rooted deliverance through prayer, counseling, teaching, and prophetic ministry, empowering individuals to experience healing and transformation by His grace and the power of the Holy Spirit.
